Who we are
This website is run by Digitally Inherent Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). If you have any questions about this notice or your personal data, email hello@digitallyinherent.com.
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts and no advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies. The only personal information we collect is what you send us through the contact form or by email.
Like most websites, our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and running.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited most and how people find us, so we can improve it.
It does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. It records the page you visited, the site that referred you, your country (worked out from your IP address), and your device type, operating system and browser. Your IP address is not stored, and visits are counted using a temporary identifier that is discarded within 24 hours, so you cannot be recognised across days or across other websites.
We only see the results as totals, never as individual visitors. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website. Vercel may process this data outside the UK; where it does, it relies on safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
Your theme choice
If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time by choosing “System” or clearing your browser’s site data.
When you contact us
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, plus your organisation if you give it. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.
We use this to reply to you and, where relevant, to arrange and deliver our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, based in France), which also sends you a short confirmation email. Brevo processes this information only to deliver those emails, on our behalf.
To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots. It is not used for advertising or to track you across websites.
We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we never sell your information.
Our products
TrueViQ and Thyra have their own privacy notices on their websites, which apply when you use those products.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@digitallyinherent.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
